My journey into recovery started with a personal mantra, etched in ancient runes on my tattoo: symbols from the Elder Futhark alphabet representing health, gratitude, joy, balance, and growth. These aren’t just ink—they’re a bindrune, a combined Norse symbol for holistic well-being, drawing from Viking-era lore where runes channeled energies for strength and transformation. They’ve shaped my life around self-improvement, both physically and mentally.

Each day, I strive to bring the best version of myself to the world, but it feels meaningless without sharing it. I’ve opened up with family and friends, and I find true fulfillment in adding value for anyone seeking to put their best self forward daily.
